This issue of denial of legally protected oversight responsibilities is essential to enforce. Democrats must close government and ask more than just ACA subsidies for their votes. They must focus on all detention facilities because there are red flags everywhere that people are detained whether for brief or long periods. They now have a policy of blanket denial of release on bond. The conditions are part of their policy of cruelty to make people self-deport. So these conditions are deliberately being maintained. And it will be long term unless it is halted.
These facilities were given millions and included in that amount were sums for food, beds, maintenance of sanitation, medical needs of the detainees. This money is not being used for these purposes. This is fraud. Fraud. Someone is pocketing these funds and giving rotted food or snack foods as nutrition.
