WASHINGTON — U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has updated its Policy Manual with immediate effect, significantly narrowing the eligibility criteria and redefining procedures for the TN nonimmigrant classification under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
