UPDATE — A source familiar with the matter tells me CHCI chairman Darren Soto (D-FL) was unaware of the donation from Palantir, that it was brokered by CEO and President Marco Davis, and that as soon as Soto learned of the donation, Soto ordered Davis to return the money.
