Sold under the brand name G.L.O.V.E. — Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter — the equipment is headed for both of ICE’s operational wings, Enforcement and Removal Operations and Homeland Security Investigations, on an expedited deployment target of March 2027. The budget ceiling: $10 million to $20 million. The contract mechanism: sole-source, no-bid, awarded without competition to a Lexington, Kentucky, defense and law enforcement vendor.
