Trump is declaring, in blaming Biden for her death, that consequences for policy choices matter.
Great! That means Trump is personally responsible for the killings and brutalizations by ICE.
It means Trump is responsible for each of the killings when our military killed those people in boats coming from Venezuela, He can feel free to present his defense that it was for national security, but he would need to provide actual evidence for each killing, and even then I think the law shows him guilty.
Perhaps Trump can take the blame for her death, for having allowed her into this country, him being an 'open border' president apparently. Trump has had MANY months of his aggressive push to deport violent criminals. How did he miss this guy? Or did Trump create the conditions that caused this guy to become violent?
Perhaps we can identify children who died or suffered due to the loss of food support and medicare that Trump removed. A LOT of Trump's 'choices' have had serious consequences.
Unfortunately, even though Trump forgot that SCOTUS decisions apply to BOTH parties, the same immunity Trump enjoys, applies to Biden as well. Or is he acknowledging that immunity is BS and the guilt still sticks.

That is how our laws work. We don't get to profile people and declare they are guilty before a crime is committed. If we did that, the J6 convicts Trump pardoned would be arrested for the violent crimes they will commit in the future...
