The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program — long known as the Green Card-for-cash option — is experiencing a silent boom among Indian students. And it’s no coincidence. According to immigration law firms across the U.S., EB-5 petitions from F-1 visa holders have doubled in the last four to five months, in what can only be described as a well-funded panic.
