Chip Roy (R-TX), the main architect and vocal champion of HR2, the wildly restrictive immigration bill that took up a ton of oxygen in the 118th Congress, to ask him about how the $120 billion incoming Senate Majority Leader John Thune has proposed for immigration enforcement could be spent. Roy did not waffle, giving us a candid interview about how that money will be spent, and what will be cut to pay for it in the budget reconciliation process planned for early next year.
