WASHINGTON—Democratic Senator Andy Kim tells us he regrets voting to confirm Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on January 25. Kim, a freshman Democratic senator from New Jersey, was one of seven Democrats who voted in favor of Noem's 59-34 confirmation as President Donald Trump’s Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
